Serve as primary client liaison for a portfolio of ecommerce brands, managing OMS configurations, monitoring fulfillment KPIs, coordinating with warehouse operations, onboarding clients, resolving order and inventory issues, conducting onsite visits, and producing regular performance reporting and SOPs.

Manage client accounts in an ecommerce fulfillment setting, ensuring smooth operations and communication between clients and warehouse processes. Responsibilities include onboarding, troubleshooting, and reporting on performance metrics.

Drive new B2B revenue through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and consultative selling. Build and manage a sales pipeline, conduct discovery, present proposals, negotiate and close deals, and grow key accounts. Maintain CRM and sales reporting, collaborate on implementation, and represent the company at client meetings. Target industries include pharmaceutical/medical and legal; travel within the U.S. (~six trips/year) and occasional weekend availability required.
