Provides part-time executive and personal support to the CEO and CFO, including calendar management, travel booking, local errands, vendor coordination, recruiting support, expense processing, data entry, office upkeep, and resolving billing or service issues independently. Requires discretion, strong organization, communication skills, reliable transportation, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Administer government and commercial contracts throughout their lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, compliance, modifications, subcontract administration, milestone tracking, audits, and closeout. The role coordinates with business development, finance, HR, program management, leadership, and external partners while maintaining contract records, assessing risks, and ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS, and company policies.
