Position: Informatica Common Services (ICS) Specialist
FT/PT Status: Full-Time
Location: Remote within the following locations: DC, FL, GA, MD, TX, VA
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field required.
Overview:
Kreative Technologies is looking for an Informatica Common Services (ICS) Specialist to build and support data integration workflows on the Informatica platform. You will move and transform data between systems so it arrives accurate, complete and on time.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically skilled and persistent when troubleshooting. You should be comfortable owning integrations from design through production support.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Designs, develops and maintains ETL mappings, sessions and workflows in Informatica.
- Configures and administers Informatica domain, repository and integration services.
- Monitors scheduled jobs and resolves failures and data errors.
- Tunes integration jobs for performance and reliability.
- Works with data owners to define source-to-target mappings and business rules.
- Supports upgrades, patches and environment migrations.
- Documents integration designs, schedules and support procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience with Informatica PowerCenter or Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services.
- Experience with Informatica administration and common services.
- Strong SQL skills with Oracle, Db2 or similar databases.
- Experience with UNIX or Linux scripting and job scheduling.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Continually required to use common office equipment including but not limited to computers, phones, scanners and printers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Informatica certification.
- Experience with data warehousing and data quality tools.
- Experience supporting federal government contracts.
Compensation: $75,320 – $83,689 per year
