Leads visualization projects from concept through delivery, producing accurate 3D models, renderings, animations, videos, maps, exhibits, and technical drawings for architecture, engineering, planning, and infrastructure projects. Interprets plans and drawings, manages schedules and resources, ensures quality, mentors visualization staff, improves workflows and standards, evaluates visualization technologies, and collaborates with department leadership and project teams.

Serves as the welcoming first point of contact for clients, visitors, vendors, and employees. Manages phones, reception, conference rooms, calendars, meetings, catering, events, mail, shipments, petty cash, vehicle rentals, licenses, advertisements, and employee programs. Provides notary and general office support while maintaining professional communication, organization, confidentiality, and timely follow-through. The role is fully on-site and includes regular local driving to collect meals, refreshments, supplies, and meeting materials.
