Supports real estate agent success, retention, and growth through coaching, transaction assistance, training, recruiting, relationship building, and marketing guidance. Leads agent training and business planning, develops educational content, assists with interviews, supports sales meetings and events, improves office processes, and promotes company services. Requires an active Illinois real estate license and strong communication, organization, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Provides administrative and transaction support to real estate sales professionals. Responsibilities include compiling and verifying property transaction files, maintaining Dotloop records, coordinating documents and agreements, preparing packets, managing mail and courier items, answering phones, greeting customers, supporting office operations, pulling reports, entering data, and assisting with IT and technology needs.

Provide recruiting and HR operational support including candidate sourcing and prescreens, interview scheduling, ATS recordkeeping, preboarding (background/reference checks, offer letters), onboarding execution, coordinating new-hire logistics with IT/Payroll/Facilities, training schedule coordination, internal communications, and general HR administrative tasks under the Director's guidance.
