Serve as strategic financial advisor to executive leadership, leading financial planning, forecasting, performance analysis, executive reporting, and capital modeling. Produce MBR/QBR materials, conduct complex financial analyses and CBAs, oversee data integrity, support board and rating agency reporting, lead cross-functional initiatives, and mentor a team of financial analysts.

This role focuses on enterprise risk management, capital strategy, and strategic growth by partnering with actuarial and finance teams to support data-informed decisions.

Lead and manage the Accounts Receivable function, driving operational standards and revenue recovery. Oversee bank deposits, remittance and payment uploads, lockbox/receivables processing, QA of transactions, and reconciliation. Ensure controls, audit readiness, data security, and collaboration with finance, IT, vendors, and business partners while supporting automation and process improvements.

Maintain the investment accounting subledger by processing and reconciling trading and cash activity, running valuations and controls, preparing net investment income analysis, STAT and GAAP disclosures, and regulatory reports. Support audits, identify process improvements, drive automation, ensure data integrity, and collaborate with stakeholders to meet reporting deadlines.

Support development and execution of P&C product strategies, rate plans, and enhancements. Perform financial, market, and competitive analyses. Build dashboards and reports, prepare datasets, support pricing, underwriting guidelines, and state regulatory filings. Manage product initiatives, coordinate cross-functional implementation, and communicate performance and regulatory responses to stakeholders.
