Build and scale Kikoff’s Flutter credit-building app across growth, onboarding, identity verification, subscriptions, payments, billing, and monetization. Improve mobile architecture, performance, observability, CI/CD, testing, releases, and design systems. Lead securities and corporate legal work for a high-growth fintech, including public-company readiness, IPO execution, capital markets transactions, M&A, governance, equity compensation, SEC reporting, and general corporate matters. Partner with executives, finance, the board, auditors, bankers, and outside counsel while building legal and governance infrastructure for potential public-company status.

Advise product, engineering, and business teams on consumer financial products throughout development and launch. Research and apply federal and state regulations, including TILA, ECOA, FCRA, EFTA, UDAAP, TCPA, and CAN-SPAM.
