Serve as primary branch contact for consumer and business customers: acquire and grow relationships, advise on deposit, credit, and investment solutions, support account openings and service requests, drive digital adoption, coordinate referrals to Wealth/Home Lending/Business Banking, and maintain compliance and accurate documentation. Role includes temporary licensed-banker training until FINRA/SAFE licensing is completed.

Manage and supervise teller operations to ensure quality, compliance, and excellent customer service. Coach and develop staff, handle scheduling and daily teller issues, support customers and escalate complaints, interpret policies and regulations, and assist with operational tasks and resource allocation. May refer customers to loan originators and must meet Loan Originator regulatory requirements.

Drive sales performance through coaching, performance management, and cross-partner collaboration while balancing growth with operational risk management, compliance, and customer protection.

Serve affluent customers as primary relationship banker: acquire and deepen relationships, deliver multi-product financial solutions (deposits, lending, investments), manage a book of business, coordinate referrals with Wealth/Home Lending/Business partners, promote digital adoption, handle everyday banking service, and ensure risk/compliance through accurate documentation and timely escalations.

Partner with relationship managers to sell treasury solutions, meet sales goals, analyze and resolve moderately complex treasury, payments, and liquidity issues, lead and mentor consulting teams, and develop/implement solutions for mid-market clients.

Lead strategy, roadmap, and delivery for advisor field compensation products. Manage product managers, align stakeholders (HR, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Technology), ensure regulatory and governance compliance, drive modernization and operational excellence, monitor compensation metrics, and influence senior leadership on tradeoffs and prioritization.
