Serve as primary branch contact for consumers and businesses: acquire, manage, and grow relationships; lead discovery conversations; recommend deposit, lending, and investment solutions; coordinate referrals with Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking; resolve account inquiries, support digital adoption, and ensure compliance. Role requires FINRA and state insurance licensing, SAFE registration, weekend availability, and adherence to risk and documentation standards.

Handle inbound customer inquiries for small business banking across phone, text, chat, and video; resolve moderately complex issues, promote digital services, follow policies, escalate non-routine matters, and meet call-center metrics. Attend required training and work on-site with variable schedules including weekends and holidays.
