Advise on financial strategies, support everyday banking needs, drive digital adoption, ensure accurate documentation and risk compliance, and collaborate with Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking teams to convert opportunities and deepen client relationships.

Build customer relationships through in-branch and outreach interactions; support account openings, service requests, credit applications, and cash/teller transactions; identify needs and refer customers to appropriate products or specialists; use digital tools; ensure accurate, compliant service and collaborate with branch teammates to meet growth and operational goals.

Process and approve teller transactions, support customers with digital solutions, complete operational and compliance tasks, assist branch manager with scheduling, resolve teller-line issues, escalate complaints, identify customer needs and potential fraud, and help motivate the branch team to meet business objectives.
