Manage and grow a portfolio of small business clients by delivering tailored financial solutions, onboarding and deepening relationships, prospecting for new clients, collaborating with internal partners, and ensuring compliance with lending and regulatory requirements.

Manage retail mortgage loan origination team, ensure SAFE/loan officer compliance, drive sales targets, coach loan officers, oversee pipelines and customer experience, and coordinate with underwriting and operations to close loans.

Support financial advisors with client and market analytics, collect and verify portfolio and benchmark performance, prepare client/internal reports and pitch materials, respond to client requests, and perform special analyses and research.

Acquire, deepen, and manage relationships with affluent customers; deliver multi-product banking, lending, and investment solutions; maintain and grow a defined book of business through proactive outreach and appointments; coordinate with Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking partners; support everyday banking needs; ensure accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and license/SAFE registration maintenance.

Serve customers in English and Spanish at a branch: open and manage deposit accounts, process transactions, advise on bank products, cross-sell services, meet sales goals, and follow compliance and security procedures.

Solicit and originate residential jumbo mortgages for affluent clients, build referral relationships, analyze credit and financial data, recommend loan products, ensure compliance with SAFE and Regulation Z, manage loan application and follow-up, and provide high-quality customer service throughout the mortgage process.
