Originate, structure, and execute bespoke lending solutions for HNW/UHNW clients across Western Markets. Partner with Financial Advisors and CRG, negotiate deal terms, present to risk and underwriting for approval, drive loan growth and portfolio profitability, recruit advisors, and lead strategy and resolution of highly complex credit challenges.

Drive digital adoption and manage a defined book of business while completing required licensing and registrations.

Lead and develop a branch sales team to acquire, deepen, and retain customer relationships across deposit, lending, cards, and investments. Drive branch performance through coaching, risk-managed execution, partnership with internal sales teams, digital adoption, and operational oversight. Complete required Branch Manager Readiness Program before assuming the role.

Lead underwriter for Alternative Investments Financing within Wealth & Investment Management. Perform financial analysis, underwrite and structure complex custom credit secured by alternative assets for private capital, hedge funds, family offices and UHNW clients. Monitor portfolio risk, advise clients, lead regional initiatives, and provide guidance to colleagues while exercising independent judgment.
