Serve as primary branch contact for consumer and business customers, acquire and grow relationships, lead discovery conversations, recommend deposit, credit, and investment solutions, support account openings and service requests, promote digital adoption, coordinate referrals to Wealth/Home Lending/Business Banking, and maintain compliance with FINRA, SAFE, and Wells Fargo policies.

Lead negotiation, preparation, and tracking of complex capital markets and derivatives documentation (ISDA, CSAs, credit and collateral agreements). Advise on market and regulatory issues, mitigate legal/credit/operational risk, improve templates/processes, and collaborate with Legal, Credit, Risk, Operations, and front-office teams to support transaction execution and documentation governance.

Lead and develop a branch team to drive sales, deepen customer relationships, manage operations and risk, coach bankers, and execute branch routines. Complete a Branch Manager Readiness Program and balance growth with compliance and customer protection.

Manage and grow relationships with affluent customers by providing multi-product banking and credit strategies. Acquire new clients, deepen existing accounts, coordinate with Wealth/Home Lending/Business Banking partners, promote digital adoption, ensure accurate documentation, and meet licensing and compliance requirements.

Solicit and originate residential mortgage loans, build referral relationships, assess and match borrower credit/financial data to loan products, ensure compliance with SAFE/NMLS and Regulation Z requirements, maintain customer communication and loan documentation, and pursue ongoing product and compliance training.

Originate and process mortgage loans from assigned bank branches, prospect and service customers, collaborate with branch leadership and fulfillment partners, maintain compliance with SAFE/NMLS and Regulation Z requirements, and pursue training to increase product and underwriting knowledge while promoting Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in the local market.
