Lead underwriting, documentation, and closing of complex asset-based loans and accounts receivable facilities. Serve customers in-branch by opening accounts, processing transactions, handling cash, conducting discovery conversations to recommend banking products, and referring complex needs to specialists while maintaining compliance and risk controls.

Serve as a frontline banker building customer relationships through in-branch and proactive outreach. Support account openings, service requests, credit applications, teller and cash-handling activities, and make referrals to licensed bankers. Use digital tools to guide customers, maintain compliance with risk controls, and collaborate with branch teammates to deliver seamless service and drive branch growth.

Provide phone-based brokerage client support in an investment contact center: execute securities transactions, service accounts, explain trading strategies and market terminology, ensure compliance with policies, and escalate or research complex issues. Maintain FINRA licensing and meet regulatory and background standards.
