Provide frontline retail banking support: build relationships, open accounts, process transactions, handle teller duties, refer customers to specialists, and use digital tools to meet customer needs while following compliance and risk controls.

Underwrite and manage floor plan and inventory finance transactions, perform detailed commercial credit and collateral analysis, assess borrower risk, structure lending solutions, and ensure compliance with risk and regulatory standards. Lead enterprise treasury discovery and solution design for for‑profit healthcare clients. Advise executives on working capital, liquidity, payments, and treasury operating models; design scalable solutions; deliver executive presentations; mentor and lead junior consultants; ensure implementation oversight, compliance, and revenue realization across the market.

Partner with CIB senior leadership to develop and execute strategic priorities across Banking, Markets, CRE, and enterprise initiatives.
