The Staff Manufacturing Engineer will oversee production support, manage manufacturing processes, drive efficiency and quality across production lines, and lead cross-functional initiatives.

Lead medium-to-large manufacturing projects end-to-end: own scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and governance. Mentor coordinators, manage suppliers and equipment relocations, use PM methodologies and tools (Planisware/Jira), and ensure project gates and deliverables are met.

Manufacturing Engineer responsible for supporting and improving production processes, developing and standardizing manufacturing methods, performing statistical and cost analyses, leading process-improvement projects, creating/maintaining production documentation (digital transition), troubleshooting equipment and disposition, and mentoring junior engineers. Works with cross-functional teams to apply lean, APQP, DFMA, and advanced problem-solving tools to improve capability and reduce variation.

Manage and control product configuration throughout the lifecycle, implementing and documenting changes, conducting configuration audits, coordinating Product Change Board activities, troubleshooting configuration issues, and driving process improvements. Mentor colleagues, produce configuration data reports, and ensure compliance with internal, customer, and regulatory requirements (ITAR/EAR).
