Configure, validate, and troubleshoot StoneEagle applications for dealership implementations, conversions, and rooftop migrations. Responsibilities include menu and METRICS setup, product and rate mapping, data reconciliation, root cause analysis, defect documentation, go-live validation, technical escalations, process documentation, client training, and mentoring support and implementation teams.

Provides customer support through inbound calls, emails, and follow-up communications. Resolves application and product issues, processes client requests in Stone Eagle applications, tracks interactions in Salesforce and Five9, troubleshoots problems, and trains users. Researches unresolved issues, documents processes, supports special report requests, recommends improvements, and collaborates with managers and development teams to improve products and service quality.
