Lead DTC ecommerce strategy for the company website on Shopify. Grow traffic and revenue through paid media, SEO, affiliates, influencers, email, SMS, and social. Improve conversion, merchandising, customer journey, retention, and lifecycle marketing. Lead sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, and vendor management to drive cost savings across logistics, freight, packaging, distribution, and CapEx. Own supplier onboarding, audits, and production trials; negotiate software and service renewals; identify supply risks and implement cost-reduction initiatives.
