Own the revenue management agenda for the Shop-at-Home business by analyzing pricing, discounts, product mix, conversion, customer behavior, and commercial performance. Develop recommendations to improve revenue, profitability, and customer experience; partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance; provide actionable insights to senior leaders; and manage commercial reporting, dashboards, and automated analyses.
