Quota-carrying enterprise sales role responsible for territory and account strategy, driving pipeline and revenue for Rocket's Vertica analytics platform. Lead end-to-end complex sales cycles, engage C-level and technical stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional deal teams, run technical evaluations with Pre-Sales, and manage pipeline/forecasting in Salesforce. Travel and partner/channel engagement required.

Leads Rocket Software’s global growth marketing organization, setting strategy and accountability for pipeline, bookings, expansion, and revenue. Oversees ABM, analytics, performance, insights, and MarTech through senior functional leaders; partners with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations on enterprise go-to-market initiatives. Drives AI adoption, agent-enabled marketing workflows, buyer intelligence, personalization, performance measurement, and investment decisions while advising executives and developing a globally distributed organization.

Own renewal-related financial operations, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, account assignment, and process improvements. Partner with Renewals, Sales, Finance, and integration teams on M&A activities; analyze performance against plans and forecasts; identify trends, risks, and corrective actions; and present insights to management, executives, and the Board. Maintain accurate documentation and support monthly finance cadences and ad hoc analysis.

Manage strategic customer accounts as a trusted advisor, driving product adoption, value realization, retention, renewals, and expansion. Develop success plans, monitor customer health in Gainsight, mitigate risks, lead escalations, conduct executive business reviews, and advocate for customer needs. Collaborate with Sales, Services, Support, Product, Engineering, and Marketing while mentoring peers and improving Customer Success practices. Rocket Mobius experience is strongly preferred.

Lead Vertica product management: define vision and roadmap, build product operating model, drive customer discovery and design-led development, align cross-functional teams, support GTM, and represent the product externally to analysts and customers to drive revenue and market position.

The Mainframe Modernization Solutions Architect will analyze, design, and implement solutions for modernizing mainframe environments, providing technical leadership and engaging with customers to achieve digital transformation goals.

Requires Linux/Unix administration, scripting, Kubernetes and container troubleshooting, enterprise networking and security knowledge, strong communication, five-plus years of customer-facing technical support experience, and eligibility for a U.S. Government MBI.

Provide commercial legal support to Sales and cross-functional teams: draft, structure and negotiate software, licensing, reseller and partner agreements; advise on IP, data protection, export controls and anti-corruption; resolve contractual issues; support corporate governance, compliance, and embedding regulatory changes into business processes.
