Lead systems engineering across multidisciplinary robotics projects from concept to deployment. Define requirements, lead trade studies, manage risks/changes, create MBSE artifacts and documentation, support testing and demonstrations, and perform project management tasks (scheduling, staffing, budgeting) while collaborating with engineers, managers, and stakeholders.

Conduct independent and collaborative research on MEMS quartz resonators and precision micro-oscillators: modeling (analytical, numerical, FEA), device design and microfabrication, experimental characterization, electronic integration with oscillator circuits, data analysis, mentoring students, and contributing to publications and technical reports.
