Lead APAC BFSI vertical sales strategy and execution: drive revenue growth, manage strategic accounts, build executive relationships, recruit and coach a high-performing sales team, align cross-functional resources, and shape regional product and go-to-market priorities focused on financial services digital infrastructure and AI-enabled transformation.

Serve as the primary technical advisor for hyperscale customers, leading discovery, solution design, and deployment planning for xScale data centers. Provide technical leadership for multi-region pursuits, conduct site visits and executive briefings, support RFIs/RFPs, and align customers with capacity, power, cooling, and resiliency strategies across Sales, Operations, and Engineering stakeholders.

Lead and grow strategic, often global, customer relationships with C-level stakeholders. Develop and execute long-term account strategy, coordinate cross‑functional teams, drive pipeline, negotiate complex contracts and renewals, and mentor other account team members to achieve revenue targets.
