Design, build, and operate AI-powered internal platforms across Replit departments. Translate ambiguous business needs into end-to-end software and multi-stage LLM pipelines, select and optimize models, integrate third-party systems, ensure production reliability, and partner with stakeholders to measure and iterate on operational outcomes.

Lead the enterprise product roadmap for Replit Agent, building identity, governance, privacy, and deployment capabilities (SSO/SCIM, single-tenant, Cloud-Prem). Drive adoption, land-and-expand motions, cross-functional delivery, and represent enterprise customers in security reviews and on-site engagements.

The AppSec Vulnerability Management Engineer will identify vulnerabilities, manage compliance, and collaborate on security practices within development teams. Key tasks include vulnerability scanning, compliance tracking, executive reporting, and incident response support.

Lead and operate a substantive third-party risk management program: evaluate SOC 2, pen tests, and architectures; review and redline security contract terms with Legal; maintain vendor/AI risk registers; enable customer trust for Sales; and build continuous monitoring and scalable vendor review capabilities.

Lead and scale a global 24/7 SOC: own SIEM and telemetry, build detections, run triage and investigations across multi-cloud, Kubernetes, endpoints, SaaS, and AI workloads; evaluate and integrate AI-native SOC tooling and automate response.

Own and run the end-to-end certification and audit program (SOC 2, ISO 27001, future ISO 42001), maintain the master security risk register, build continuous compliance monitoring, manage external auditors, author ISMS/SSP artifacts, drive remediation of findings, and partner with engineering and legal on privacy and evidence automation.

Lead development of Replit's brand voice and narrative across product and marketing. Write high-profile campaign, product, and channel copy; build editorial systems; collaborate with design, marketing, product, and agencies; and drive work from concept to final execution to ensure clarity, consistency, and cultural impact.
