The Mid-Market Account Executive at Replit will drive client acquisition and retention, conduct product demos, manage CRM data, and communicate product value effectively to prospects and clients.

As a Business Development Representative at Replit, you'll generate and qualify sales opportunities, engage with prospects, and collaborate with marketing, while maintaining CRM data and meeting qualification quotas.

Work directly with the CEO to produce premium documentary-style photography and video for Instagram and visual channels. Travel to capture events and moments, independently shoot, edit, and publish polished content, maintain brand guardrails, partner with Marketing and Communications, and build a long-term executive personal brand.

Provide administrative and operational support to 2–3 VP-level leaders: manage calendars, schedule meetings across time zones, coordinate travel and events, process expenses, prepare meeting materials, maintain documentation and systems, assist onboarding, and improve administrative workflows to keep leaders focused on strategic priorities.
