Design, build, test, and operate Gusto core customer-facing products across frontend and backend. Own multi-quarter projects, scale Ruby/Rails and JavaScript/React systems, mentor engineers, collaborate with product, data, design, and platform teams, and iterate on features that deliver measurable customer impact.

Lead legal operations for Legal & Compliance: own systems, tools, and processes; implement and optimize AI-driven tech stack; manage budget, outside counsel relationships, metrics/OKRs, knowledge management, vendors, and day-to-day team operations; partner cross-functionally to drive efficiency and scale.

Own the AI-first product vision and roadmap for Legal & Compliance enterprise applications. Design and deliver generative-AI features, AI agents, MCPs, and RAG-powered workflows across CLM, matter management, e-signature, GRC, and e-discovery. Translate legal needs into functional specs, ensure security, privilege protection, and SOX-aligned controls, run POCs and vendor evaluations, and drive adoption, change management, and metrics for AI-enabled legal operations.

The Dedicated Service Advisor will enhance customer support through proactive engagement, expert assistance in payroll and benefits, and collaboration to resolve issues, ensuring customer loyalty and satisfaction.
