As a Commercial Solutions Engineer, you will support SMB and Mid-Market clients by providing technical guidance in cloud security. You will partner with sales teams, deliver product demonstrations, and represent the company in technical forums. Your role includes consulting with clients and helping them maximize the value of our cloud security solutions across various platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.

As an Incident Responder, you will investigate cloud incidents, perform proactive threat hunting, collaborate with customer teams, and develop response methodologies. You'll contribute to enhancing incident response detections based on real-world experiences and deliver professional reports of findings.
