Assist in design, development, testing, and evaluation of propulsion systems and components for space vehicles. Oversee medium teams, develop and maintain mission-level models and tools, present results to stakeholders, and collaborate with subject-matter experts to guide spacecraft sizing, payload selection, and system-of-systems trade studies.

Lead process optimization, quality control, and maintenance initiatives for aerospace manufacturing. Implement validation, reliability-centered maintenance, and manufacturing/maintenance management software. Mentor junior staff and lead cross-functional projects to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
