As a Maintenance Technician III, you will manage equipment maintenance, conduct diagnostics, perform repairs, develop schedules, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

The Facilities Technician I is responsible for routine maintenance and repairs on building infrastructure, ensuring safety and operation, coordinating service requests, and supporting facility management plans.

The IT Support Technician II provides technical support by diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, maintaining IT infrastructure, and assisting users with IT-related queries. Responsibilities include documenting issues, supporting IT initiatives, and ensuring compliance with IT policies.

Design, develop, test, and maintain complex business applications. Write clean, scalable code in multiple languages, perform debugging and unit testing, lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, use version control (Git), document designs, and contribute to software development strategy and process improvements.

Lead enterprise-level business development for space superiority: set strategy, oversee major pursuits and partnerships, manage senior BD leaders, allocate resources, and drive revenue growth and organizational transformation across divisions and regions.

Lead enterprise-level business development for National Security Space: set strategy, oversee major pursuits and partnerships, direct capture and proposal efforts, manage subordinate BD leaders, ensure financial performance and value creation, and engage executive government and industry stakeholders to grow revenue and market position.

Lead end-to-end program management for large, complex defense/space programs (up to $250M), owning cost, schedule, technical performance, budgets, risk mitigation, stakeholder communications, and compliance. Mentor junior managers, apply EVMS/CAM/BOE/FAR/CAS, analyze financial/performance metrics, and develop learning programs to improve team capabilities.

Provide strategic legal counsel to executive leadership across commercial, corporate, employment, compliance, and transactional matters. Lead drafting and negotiation of complex contracts, advise on M&A and capital markets, design enterprise compliance programs, manage outside counsel, support Board governance, mentor junior legal staff, and translate aerospace and defense regulatory developments into actionable business guidance.

Manage the full lifecycle of subcontracts from solicitation through close-out. Develop and negotiate subcontract agreements, ensure FAR/DFAR compliance, manage supplier relationships, mitigate risk and disputes, lead subcontracting strategy, mentor junior staff, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet schedule and cost objectives.
