Partner Solutions Engineers collaborate with partners and sales to drive technical validation, demonstrations, and integration of Sonar products; perform technical assessments, troubleshoot and resolve partner issues, advise on deployment strategies, support post-sale adoption, and travel to customers and events as needed.

Lead a team of Cloud and Site Reliability Engineers to ensure system reliability, performance, and security. Manage operational workload including on-call, incident response, and automation to reduce toil. Define observability, disaster recovery, and cost-optimization strategies. Collaborate across squads, recruit and mentor engineers, and align squad vision with the platform roadmap.

Own a portfolio of customers as a strategic technical advisor throughout onboarding, adoption, health, and value realization. Analyze AI-generated account signals, lead maturity assessments and outcome reviews, translate business priorities into technical plans, and identify expansion and renewal opportunities for Sales. The role requires DevOps or software engineering knowledge, strong customer communication, analytical judgment, and comfort building a new function in an in-office Austin environment.

Drive technical pre-sales opportunities across LATAM through presentations, demonstrations, product evaluations, troubleshooting, and deployment guidance. Support customer adoption and expansion after purchase, collaborate with Customer Success and Support, enable channel partners, and provide feedback to Marketing, Product Management, and Development. Explain Sonar’s AI code verification approach within customers’ software development lifecycles and help align solutions with local or cloud deployment strategies.

Leads a team of Solutions Engineers while personally supporting technical sales opportunities. Responsibilities include technical solution selling, coaching, hiring, forecasting, pipeline management, SE-AE collaboration, value engineering, and standardizing AI-powered sales workflows. The role requires a developer or DevTools background, strong executive communication, operational discipline, and experience managing multiple concurrent technical evaluations in high-velocity sales environments.
