Lead and scale an SDR team across the Americas from the Dallas office, owning regional pipeline targets and KPIs. Manage blended outbound/inbound/channel outreach, design and iterate prospecting playbooks, recruit and ramp SDRs, partner with AEs/Marketing/RevOps, analyze performance metrics, and report to global sales leadership. Provide daily in-person coaching and travel regionally and internationally for company events.

Drive enterprise (5,000+ employees) new business growth in the northeastern US by managing full sales cycle, building executive relationships, navigating multi-stakeholder deals, collaborating with SDRs, partners and solution engineers, and maintaining accurate pipeline and forecasts.
