Lead and scale Boulevard's data platform engineering organization to build reliable, secure, and performant data pipelines, governance, ML/AI infrastructure, and customer-facing data products. Partner with Product and Insights to deliver reporting and analytics, enforce data quality and HIPAA-compliant security standards, and drive strategic roadmap and operational excellence.

Build and maintain KPI dashboards and reporting in Sigma, partner with Data and RevOps to ensure data integrity, support forecasting, pipeline and retention analyses, and provide executive-ready insights for GTM leadership. Drive strategic planning, territory/quota planning, and automate reporting while troubleshooting data discrepancies across Salesforce, Snowflake, and BI tools.

Own product marketing for Boulevards enterprise, multi-location segment: define ICP and positioning, build upmarket narrative and sales enablement, support strategic deals, and influence product strategy through structured buyer insights to drive win rates and platform adoption.

The Staff Data Analyst will build Boulevard's product data foundation, create data-driven recommendations, develop dashboards, conduct deep analyses, and foster a data-driven culture within the organization.
