Lead architecture, design, and verification of mixed-signal avionics hardware and FPGA/ASIC RTL for flight-critical systems. Own full product lifecycle from requirements, schematic and PCB work through FPGA implementation, timing closure, verification, qualification, and production release. Support avionics integration, testing, reliability analyses, and ground test support.

Lead architecture, integration, and lifecycle sustainment of propulsion test infrastructure including test stands, fluid systems, GSE, controls, and DAQ. Provide technical leadership for test campaigns, safety analysis, cross-functional coordination, mentoring, and long-term facility modernization to ensure safe, repeatable, decision-grade testing.

Lead component-level demand, supply, and capacity planning. Build and manage a planners team, own forecast accuracy and RCCP, produce constrained supply plans for Executive SIOP, improve plan adherence, migrate planning logic from spreadsheets into Odoo, and partner with Operations to resolve capacity and material constraints.
