The Senior Manufacturing Controls Engineer will design, implement, and maintain automation tools for manufacturing processes, focusing on custom solutions, PLC programming, HMI development, and SCADA connectivity while collaborating with various engineering teams.

Serve as technical authority and vehicle architect for a hypersonic missile/interceptor program, leading systems engineering, cross-disciplinary integration, test and flight readiness, technical risk mitigation, and mentoring subsystem leads through design reviews to production readiness.

Lead loads development and vehicle dynamics analysis for propulsion and vehicle programs. Develop load spectra for service life, verify and validate analytical models, anchor models to test data, support GFEM development, propagate loads to components, assess nonconforming hardware with manufacturing, and mentor peers while improving analytical methods and tools.
