Lead project execution from discovery to launch for Product Team, owning timelines, risk mitigation, change control, documentation, and stakeholder sign-off. Establish and maintain PM processes, manage requirements, create JIRA tickets, coordinate testing and vendor SOWs, and drive cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Security, Technology, Marketing, and Senior Leadership.

Lead Licensing & Finance Engineering: set technical vision, drive delivery, mentor and grow a 25+ engineer team, improve Agile/DevSecOps practices, manage integrations (Salesforce, AWS, ERP), and oversee budgeting, hiring, and stakeholder collaboration.

Lead and improve IT support functions across ASCAP, managing Support Technicians, incident escalation, SLAs/KPIs, process and service integration, vendor relationships, documentation, and coaching to deliver high-quality conferencing/AV and IT services. Drive optimization, reporting, and roadmap development aligned with business needs.

Provide administrative and member-facing support to ASCAP's Film+TV/Visual Media team: manage scheduling, budgets, expense tracking, resolve member inquiries, conduct research on royalty distributions, coordinate with internal departments, and assist in planning and executing industry events (including the Screen Music Awards). Attend and staff events and perform other assigned administrative duties.

Process and analyze television performance, promo, and cue sheet data to ensure ASCAP members are credited and paid accurately. Identify and match cue sheets, request missing data, upload performances, reconcile discrepancies, create and verify work records, integrate music video programming, and assist with member inquiries and quality assurance.

Lead social media strategy and content for ASCAP, creating short-form video and written assets, managing platform partnerships and influencer initiatives, analyzing performance data, providing live event coverage, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and overseeing campaign logistics and community management to grow engagement across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Perform research, reconcile and maintain ASCAP repertory records; process work updates and royalty adjustments; respond to member inquiries by phone and email; participate in quality control and process improvements; and support Repertory Team administrative tasks.
