Manages fulfillment-center partner launches, onboarding, training, operational audits, KPI and SLA performance, process improvement, and ongoing issue resolution. Supports site selection, layouts, equipment setup, WMS and dashboard adoption, inbound and outbound fulfillment, returns, value-added services, and compliance with SOPs. Builds relationships with partner-site leaders, identifies process gaps, coordinates corrective actions, and travels between network locations as needed.

Leads end-to-end operational onboarding for merchants across ShipBob’s U.S. fulfillment network. Coordinates Fulfillment Center Operations, Engineering, Merchant Success, Forecasting, Analytics, and Sales to manage implementation milestones, resolve fulfillment issues, mitigate risk, optimize merchant placement, and ensure operational readiness before handoff. The role manages multiple concurrent implementations, supports custom packaging and SKU requirements, analyzes volume forecasts, and serves as the primary escalation point during initial onboarding.

Develop and optimize supply chain and warehouse processes across facilities. Identify waste, improve fulfillment and transportation efficiency, lead continuous improvement and corrective action teams, create process documentation and CAD drawings, analyze operational data, establish metrics, support automation and equipment planning, and train teams on lean and process control methods. The role requires cross-functional collaboration, floor-level troubleshooting, project management, quality compliance, and up to 30% travel.

Own onboarding, site setup, training, and performance of partner fulfillment centers. Manage implementations, configure dashboards/WMS, train staff, troubleshoot issues, monitor KPIs/SLAs, perform audits, and drive process improvements to ensure partner adoption and operational standards.

As a full-time temporary associate at ShipBob, you'll work collaboratively in teams to ensure excellent customer experiences, manage inventory, and contribute to various operational tasks within the fulfillment center.

Partner with Transportation and FP&A to build forecasts, produce variance and margin analyses, prepare investor/board reporting, develop financial models and automation, and support strategic transportation initiatives and ad-hoc projects to drive profitable growth.

Perform receiving, picking, packing and other warehouse duties to ensure accurate, safe, and timely order fulfillment. Follow SOPs, maintain product quality and traceability, lift up to 50 lbs, work scheduled shifts (including overtime/weekends), and complete a 7-day training program. Collaborate across teams and support continuous improvement and safety efforts.
