Lead full-cycle technical recruiting for North America (San Francisco), partnering with engineering, product, design and data teams. Source and engage candidates, manage interviews, negotiate offers, use analytics to inform hiring strategy, and support onboarding while mentoring other recruiters and promoting inclusive hiring practices.

Lead a team of Project Operations Managers to ensure efficient rollout of complex projects, drive process improvements, and collaborate with global teams while fostering a supportive team culture.

Lead and scale Adyen's Private Equity and Venture Capital sponsor channel in North America. Own sponsor strategy, cultivate Tier‑1 PE/VC relationships, drive sponsor-originated pipeline and revenue, design repeatable playbooks, coordinate cross-functional execution, report KPIs to executives, and mentor mid-level Commercial Partnership Managers to accelerate referrals and onboard portfolio companies.

Lead design and implementation of LLM-powered conversational financial interfaces. Architect secure, zero-trust orchestration (tools, chains, policy layers), own full-stack services and data pipelines, partner with product, and mentor global teams to deliver production-grade intelligent customer experiences.

Lead vision, strategy, and execution for Adyen's Credit and Data Platform. Build scalable data services, integrations, credit underwriting, servicing and collections. Collaborate cross-functionally, drive data- and experimentation-first metrics, foster AI tooling, and hire and develop a multi-location product team to support global financial products.
