The Engineering Director for Developer Platform leads the Developer Experience domain to enhance API and integration processes, ensuring high-quality and simplicity for developers globally.

Assess and manage financial risk (chargebacks) for enterprise merchants, improve risk management framework, lead cross-functional projects, advise credit risk committee, and collaborate with Product, Legal, and Commercial teams.

Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and tooling for Android and iOS apps. Automate builds, caching, quality checks, security scans, and device-farm testing. Collaborate with developers and on-prem infrastructure teams (Kubernetes, Hashicorp, private cloud) to ensure reliable SDLC tooling, monitoring, and alerting.
