Lead and build a new engineering team within Adyen’s Issuing organization. Own the technical roadmap for card-issuing products, provide technical authority, coach engineers, manage performance, and ensure high-quality execution. Partner with product, commercial, operations, clients, banks, vendors, and other engineering teams to deliver scalable API-based financial services. Assess and manage financial risk (chargebacks) for enterprise merchants, improve risk management framework, lead cross-functional projects, advise credit risk committee, and collaborate with Product, Legal, and Commercial teams.

Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and tooling for Android and iOS apps. Automate builds, caching, quality checks, security scans, and device-farm testing. Collaborate with developers and on-prem infrastructure teams (Kubernetes, Hashicorp, private cloud) to ensure reliable SDLC tooling, monitoring, and alerting.

Act as a proactive HR Business Partner supporting the NY office, advising on employee lifecycle, performance management, and local HR initiatives.

Lead a team of Project Operations Managers in delivering customer solutions, driving process improvements, and managing global project initiatives while ensuring efficient implementation of Adyen's services.

Manage and document regulatory product risks for Adyen's North America products. Project-manage regulatory requirement intake, track implementation, collaborate with product teams to convert regulatory needs into compliant product features, and maintain regulatory compliance frameworks and stakeholder communication.
