The Manager, Corporate Accounting will oversee all aspects of corporate accounting, technical accounting issues, internal controls, financial reporting, and manage a team while collaborating with cross-functional departments.

Lead and elevate Hometap's creative vision across campaigns and channels. Manage and mentor an in-house creative team, oversee production and external vendors, refine processes, align creative to business goals, and drive performance through testing and best practices.

Own a full inbound sales pipeline for Hometap's home equity investment product: educate homeowners, guide applications from first call to close, coordinate with internal teams, use Salesforce and proprietary tools, meet monthly and quarterly sales goals, and maintain compliance and high-quality homeowner communication.

Lead the technical direction of Salesforce at Hometap, designing scalable solutions, providing guidance to teams, and ensuring adherence to best practices and security protocols.

Lead the optimization of mortgage origination processes and systems, collaborating to improve workflows, integrating technology, and communicating insights to stakeholders.

Provide legal support for vendor, technology, and commercial agreements; advise on powers of attorney and trust matters; support third-party risk management, contract management system implementation, litigation and regulatory matters; partner cross-functionally to enable scaling while managing consumer-financial regulatory risk.
