Supports agile software development through coding, debugging, testing, documentation, deployment, and technical collaboration. Develops applications across web, desktop, mobile, or embedded domains while following coding, architecture, security, and quality standards. Participates in sprint planning, estimation, reviews, and retrospectives; assists with defect resolution, root cause analysis, continuous integration, DevOps build processes, and application lifecycle management. Continuously expands technical skills and works effectively with development teams and stakeholders.

Manage projects across full lifecycle: initiate, plan, execute, control and close. Lead cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues and vendor relationships. Communicate status to stakeholders, produce project documentation and reports, enforce quality and PM best practices, mentor PM staff, and ensure project commitments are met.
