Lead and mentor a backend engineering team owning enterprise address services. Partner with product, architects, SRE, and security to deliver scalable, secure, API-first microservices, ensure quality, reliability, CI/CD practices, incident response, and continuous improvement while managing delivery, metrics, and vendor/offshore teams.

Manage a book of 5–10 manufacturing accounts (~$4M–$4.5M annually) to drive sales growth. Use Salesforce CRM daily, develop account penetration strategies, run business reviews, support managed inventory, forecast opportunities, and visit customers monthly to align solutions with customer needs.

Drive new business development across an assigned geographic territory (automotive market). Use consultative selling to meet revenue goals, develop strategic account plans, maintain customer relationships and accurate account records, collaborate with inside sales, marketing, and support teams, manage budgets and reports, and escalate issues to leadership as needed.
