Own cost accounting, inventory valuation, landed cost, COGS close, gross margin analysis, and procure-to-pay operations. Establish costing methodologies, inventory reserves, reconciliation processes, AP controls, and audit-ready policies under US GAAP and SOX scrutiny. Partner with Supply Chain, FP&A, Sales Operations, auditors, contract manufacturers, 3PLs, and customs brokers. This hands-on manager role oversees transactional support while personally handling complex accounting judgments, reconciliations, close activities, and process improvements.

Leads Eko’s corporate IT operations and cybersecurity program, including infrastructure, endpoints, identity and access management, security tooling, incident response, risk remediation, and vendor management. Owns SOC 2 audits, compliance obligations, customer security documentation, audit relationships, and executive reporting. Partners with HR, Legal, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Product Security while managing the IT budget, technology roadmap, support operations, and internal or outsourced IT teams.

Own and improve customer support enablement systems, including macros, help center content, internal documentation, training materials, QA processes, and customer communications. Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Operations on product updates and service recovery. Track customer feedback, manage negative CSAT responses, improve workflows, and maintain reporting and tagging systems to strengthen service quality.
