Create and own social media content for the agency and clients: capture on-phone moments, produce quick graphics/video, run organic and paid social, and use analytics and AI to measure and optimize performance. Must be in-office in Washington, DC and comfortable with occasional evening/weekend events.

Lead marketing measurement and analytics across digital channels: manage GA4/GTM implementations, build dashboards, optimize paid campaigns (SEM, display, app, video, SMS, email), run SEO/GEO audits, A/B tests, and translate data into actionable recommendations for diverse clients.
