Process weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees, maintain employee and payroll records, manage deductions and tax filings, reconcile payroll accounts, support year-end reporting, answer employee payroll questions, ensure regulatory compliance, and improve payroll processes. The role requires accuracy, confidentiality, strong Excel skills, and experience with payroll systems such as Rippling and Paycom.

Lead end-to-end product design for web and mobile, turning ambiguous problems into polished, production-ready UI. Prototype at high fidelity, use AI tools to accelerate research and implementation, bridge design and engineering for smooth handoffs, set design patterns, mentor designers, and contribute closely with PMs and engineers.
