Generate pipeline, exceed revenue targets, provide consultative and technical solutions, negotiate commercial agreements, collaborate with internal teams, represent the company at events, and improve scalable sales processes.

Lead global performance marketing strategy and execution across paid search, social, display, and programmatic. Own budgeting, forecasting, testing frameworks, attribution, and KPI ownership (CAC, LTV:CAC, pipeline). Partner cross-functionally with Brand, RevOps, Analytics, and Product to scale acquisition, implement advanced integrations (GA4, CRM, offline conversions), adopt AI automation, and build a high-performing global team.

Lead product marketing for Airwallex Payments: define positioning and messaging, plan and execute go-to-market launches, create sales enablement and customer-facing assets, drive cross-functional campaigns, and use qualitative and quantitative insights to grow product adoption and shape the customer experience.

Lead end-to-end UX/product design for Spend across desktop, mobile web, and native apps. Collaborate with PMs and engineers to define requirements, run research and user testing, scope projects, manage timelines, and deliver system-level design solutions. Advocate for user needs, ensure smooth handoffs, and drive high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced startup environment.

Detect, investigate and remediate security incidents across corporate IT. Perform digital forensics and hunting, design and deploy corporate security controls and alerts, secure identity providers, endpoints and networks, and operate security tooling to prevent malware, phishing and unauthorized access.
