Partner with the CEO Office and senior leaders to define and drive high-priority strategic and operational initiatives globally. Lead cross-functional projects across product, engineering, finance, legal, and regional teams—covering market entry, regulatory and banking infrastructure, commercial acceleration, M&A, organisational design, and AI-enabled transformation—ensuring problems move from idea to measurable outcome in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Lead end-to-end strategy and optimisation of real-time and post-transaction monitoring systems. Own rule design, alerting, investigator workflows, client-specific risk controls, and scalable detection infrastructure. Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Operations, Data, and Engineering to reduce fraud, improve detection quality, automate workflows, and ensure AML and regulatory alignment while maintaining strong customer experience.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for identity and user security across onboarding, verification, authentication, recovery, authorization, and notifications. Balance customer experience, compliance, fraud prevention, and operational scale while partnering with Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Security, Design, and Data Science to build platform APIs and services for global scale.

Lead identity, authorization, and notification product strategy and roadmap. Design secure user journeys, build AI-ready platform capabilities (APIs/services/SDKs), orchestrate cross-functional delivery, and own global notification strategy to reduce fraud and improve account security at scale.
