Sell Airwallex's payments and financial platform to US SMEs: run full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to close and initial ramp, provide technical and commercial consults, negotiate contracts, exceed revenue targets, collaborate with internal teams for onboarding, and represent the company at industry events.

Lead product strategy, roadmap and delivery for Airwallex's FX, liquidity, stablecoin and financial platform products. Hire and lead a small engineering pod, own the GTM roadmap, improve lead routing, attribution, automation and monitoring, and partner with Growth, Revenue Ops and Data teams to deliver reusable, production-grade GTM systems.

Own growth metrics and weekly business reviews, partnering with Data Science to build customer intelligence, segmentation, and prediction models. Translate deep analytics into experiments and growth plays across funnel, cohorts, retention, and LTV/CAC to drive measurable go-to-market outcomes.

Lead and scale North America SME sales: own new business, expansion, and retention targets; build sales operating model and hiring frameworks; coach AEs/SDRs; run executive-level deals; partner with Product, RevOps, Marketing and Risk to refine GTM and product-market fit across target verticals.

Founding Global Customer Insights Lead who defines insights strategy, conducts interviews/surveys and VoC, performs segmentation and win/loss analysis, builds Looker/Databricks dashboards, produces executive-ready reports for leadership and investors, and hires and scales a distributed insights team and tooling across time zones.
