Lead infrastructure projects including new service launches, data centre migrations, and modernising data pipelines.

Lead global product strategy and P&L for Airwallex Spend (cards, expense management). Define GTM, pricing, packaging, segmentation, and commercial strategy. Partner across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to prioritize roadmap, improve adoption and unit economics, and expand enterprise and regional presence.

Lead U.S. paid media portfolio strategy and performance analytics. Build scalable reporting, forecasting, and scenario models; optimize budgets across channels; ensure data integrity across Salesforce/Marketo/ad platforms; run deep-dive and incrementality analyses; present executive-ready insights and lead cross-functional planning and pacing governance to align marketing spend with pipeline and ROI goals.

Lead modelling and analysis roadmap for FX products: forecast and monitor FX volatility, optimise trade execution with statistical/ML models, run customer and profitability analyses, and partner with product, trading, risk, and engineering to translate insights into trading and product decisions.

Design, build, and operate autonomous infrastructure AI agents on Airwallex's Quartermaster platform to automate SRE, DevOps, and DBA workflows. Integrate agents with Kubernetes, Terraform, cloud APIs, monitoring, databases, and CI/CD. Define agent architecture, safety guardrails, evaluation metrics, and collaborate with SRE and platform teams to deploy reliable, auditable autonomous systems in production.

Lead commercial strategy and GTM for strategic enterprise pursuits: define win themes, manage RFPs, structure pricing and deal economics, align solution fit with architects, drive executive engagement, codify playbooks and competitive insights, inform product roadmap, govern pursuit execution, and measure impact on win rates and pipeline.
