Serve as a strategic and operational HR partner for Manufacturing Operations in Weirton, WV. Lead global sourcing strategy for stamped, formed, and expanded mesh metal parts. Develop supplier relationships, negotiate contracts and pricing, analyze markets and risks, optimize costs and lead times, and collaborate cross-functionally to qualify suppliers and execute sourcing plans.

Lead design, prototyping, and integration of mechanical subsystems for iron-air battery packs. Build thermal analytical models, validate first-of-a-kind prototypes, optimize for manufacturability and cost, manage vendor and manufacturing handoff, collaborate with electrical/controls, and mentor junior engineers while championing lab safety.

Design, develop, and own component-to-system-level test strategies for energy storage products. Design electromechanical and high-voltage test systems, troubleshoot test stands, select DAQ and sensors, analyze large test datasets, report findings, and lead continuous improvement and mentorship of junior staff.
