Lead electromechanical design for high-voltage battery power systems including busbars, cables, harnesses, isolation, grounding, enclosures, and safety interlocks. The hybrid role is based in Weirton, West Virginia, with approximately 30% domestic and international travel.

Manage and develop Form Energy’s purchasing systems ecosystem, serving as the primary ZipHQ administrator. Develop and optimize high-volume manufacturing processes, oversee equipment procurement, installation, commissioning, and validation, and drive improvements in efficiency, quality, and cost. Partner with design engineering on manufacturability, manage product launches from concept through production ramp-up, coordinate suppliers and integrators, track projects in Jira, and mentor engineering staff.

Own the development, procurement, installation, commissioning, qualification, and deployment of battery manufacturing workstations, equipment, and processes. Provide DFM/DFA guidance, select equipment integrators, resolve urgent manufacturing issues, create documentation, and train production personnel. Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, operations, safety, facilities, labor, vendors, and consultants to deliver safe, high-quality, high-volume production systems.
