Lead full-cycle technical recruiting for manufacturing engineering and operations roles at Form Factory 1. Partner with hiring leaders, design data-driven sourcing strategies, manage complex offers, and act as a manufacturing talent market subject matter expert to scale automated, high-volume production teams.

Lead design verification and validation testing for AMU PCBA and panel assemblies. Develop DVP&Rs, verify communication protocols (CAN-FD, Ethernet, RS485), validate sensing, actuation, power distribution, and safety/fault management. Automate tests (Pytest), analyze data, report results, and collaborate with hardware/firmware teams to root-cause issues.

Lead technical ownership of semi-manual and automated manufacturing equipment and robotic cells to ramp iron-air battery production. Define OEE and performance metrics, provide DFM/DFA feedback, drive cross-functional controls and process alignment, lead root-cause analysis, stabilize production, and mentor multidisciplinary teams to improve reliability and throughput.

Lead system- and interface-level verification testing for multi-day battery products. Develop risk-based test strategies, execute and analyze high-fidelity test data (including vibration), drive DFMEA, mentor engineers, influence design for robustness, standardize test tools/workflows, and coordinate multi-site and external lab test execution.

Lead a mechanical design team to take structural, enclosure, and sealing systems from concept to high-volume production. Drive FEA and testing, ensure manufacturability (sheet metal, stampings, weldments), establish design best practices, mentor and hire engineers, and work cross-functionally to meet requirements and verification plans.

Serve as the finance partner to manufacturing and supply chain leadership to scale mass production. Lead financial planning, cost accounting, inventory valuation, CapEx and fixed-asset management, build an operations finance team, ensure accurate close and SOX controls, and provide decision support and capital allocation analyses for manufacturing expansions.

Design and execute test plans to achieve UL1998 certification and harden bootloaders. Review firmware, develop test code and frameworks (C, Python), build hardware test fixtures and instrumented automated test benches, and document traceability between safety requirements and test artifacts for compliance.

Design and prototype mechanical and electro-mechanical module components using 2D/3D CAD. Perform structural analysis, manufacturability and cost-down work, vendor transitions, compliance testing, and support line bring-up to move designs into high-volume production while collaborating with Test, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Cell/Enclosure teams.

Lead design, development, installation, commissioning, and continuous improvement of manufacturing equipment for high-volume battery production. Own equipment projects from concept through startup, collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams, troubleshoot mechanical/manufacturing issues, drive reliability and throughput improvements, and mentor junior engineers.

Lead process optimization and scale-up for iron-air battery manufacturing: improve yield, throughput, quality, and cost through data-driven analysis, root-cause investigations, KPI tracking, and cross-functional projects while ensuring safety and leveraging PLM/MES/ERP systems.
